How to lose weight-To be very fight is very unhealthy,too much fat helps cause high blood pressure,heart disease,stroke,gallstones,diabetes,arthritis in legs and feet and other problems.Fat people should lose weight by:

·                     Not eating greasy,fatty or oily foods
·                     Not eating sugar or sweet foods
·                     Getting more exercise
·                     Not eating so much of anything especially starchy foods,like 
corn,bread,potatoes,rice,yam,cassava etc.Fat people should only eat as small amount of yam,cassava or plaintain with each meal.However,they can eat more fruits,vegetables,and lean meat.
Prevention:when you begin to get overweight,start following the above guidelines.To lose weight,eat only half of what you are now eat.
